. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of creative teams, digital roles, and agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for digital and creative roles (designers, editors, marketers, strategists, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the agency.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
and team-building initiatives.
Manage onboarding, attendance, performance tracking, and payroll coordination.
Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with agency goals.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
Act as a bridge between management and employees--fostering a positive and creative work culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is a major plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of creative and marketing job roles.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
1-3 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
