Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily HR operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain efficiency and morale.

Qualifications & Skills:



MBA Or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, .

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel operations
