Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
HR Policy & SOP Development:
Create, implement, and streamline HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
Build healthy employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, culture, and retention.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and other statutory regulations.
Payroll Management:
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
HR Operations:
Manage attendance, leave, performance monitoring, and overall HR administration.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of proven HR experience across the listed domains.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and payroll management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Immediate joiner preferred.
