Build a strong talent pipeline for optical and dental divisions.
Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work culture.
Monitor staff performance and coordinate with department heads for appraisals.
Implement staff training and development programs.
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
Plan recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
Work closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide regular reports and HR metrics to leadership.
