Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, and other issues.
Oversee performance management programs and employee evaluations.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Administer compensation and benefit programs.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program benchmarking.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a healthy organizational culture.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
