Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager cum Executive
to handle employee management, statutory compliance, client documentation, and HR operations. This role is critical for ensuring smooth HR and compliance functions across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company-wide HR activities, employee records, and workforce documentation.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, PF, ESI, insurance, and labour licences
for both company and client requirements.
Maintain statutory registers, handle inspections, and liaise with authorities.
Manage client documentation related to compliance and certifications.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll preparation in coordination with finance and accounts.
Provide administrative and HR support for project sites across South India.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HR, preferably in
construction or industrial project environments
.
In-depth knowledge of
statutory compliance
including ESI, PF, labour laws, and insurance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Knowledge of
basic accounting
will be an added advantage.
