About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.

2. Onboarding & Training



Design and implement orientation programs for new employees. Assess training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary procedures. Organize engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

4. Performance Management



Develop and monitor appraisal systems and performance review processes. Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.

5. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance



Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave systems. Administer employee benefits and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

6. HR Strategy & Policy Development



Formulate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide HR insights and reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
