Human Resources, Industrial Relations & Administration Manager



We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration Manager to join our team at a leading heat-resistant rubber thread manufacturing unit in Palakkad, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, fostering positive labour relations, and overseeing the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources (HR):



Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to on boarding.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

?Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and career development programs

?Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills.

Industrial Relations (IR):



Labour Management: Handle all matters related to industrial relations, including negotiations with unions and compliance with labour laws.

?Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between management and employees to maintain a harmonious work environment.

?Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all central and state labour regulations, including the Factories Act, ESI, PF, and other relevant statutes.?

Administration:



?Facility Management: Supervise all administrative functions, including security, safety protocols, housekeeping, contract labour vendor/manpower and maintenance of factory premises.

?MIS: Preparation of all MIS related to HR, Sales & Production.

?General Administration: Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the factory.

Qualifications and Skills



?Education: A Master's degree (MBA-HR/MSW-PM&IR)

?Experience: A minimum of 5-07 years of experience in a similar role, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.

?Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential.

?Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations is a must.

?Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
