Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our construction company. The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring smooth operations across multiple project sites.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the construction/infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and site-level compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse workforce (from management to contract labor).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
