HR Manager
to support our HR function and ensure smooth people operations across the company.
Role Overview
The
HR Manager
will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR expertise to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
Onboarding & Orientation
:
Develop and implement structured onboarding programs.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
Employee Engagement & Relations
:
Design and execute initiatives to foster positive workplace culture.
Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Payroll & Compliance
:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance.
Maintain updated HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Performance Management
:
Drive performance evaluation processes, setting KPIs and tracking employee growth.
Provide feedback mechanisms and development plans in coordination with leadership.
HR Operations & Policies
:
Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with company vision.
Maintain HR systems, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum
4 years of proven experience
as an HR professional.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the construction or consulting industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
