Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
Oversee internal hiring for the consultancy and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and local labor laws.
Monitor key HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to upskill staff and consultants.
Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely resolution of employee grievances.
Build and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that supports high performance and employee engagement.
