Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records.
Handle payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support performance reviews & appraisal processes.
Drive employee engagement and team-building activities.
Provide support in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
