Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Maintain employee records and attendance Manage

, and other statutory compliance Assist with payroll processing Support employee relations and grievance handling Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions Coordinate training and development programs Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements

MBA in HR or related field Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in the education sector) Good knowledge of
