Addressing employee issues and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment, and serving as a mediator between employees and management.
Compensation & Benefits :
Administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, vacation time, and other compensation structures.
Training & Development :
Developing and implementing training programs to support employee growth and ensuring new hires receive proper orientation.
Performance Management :
Overseeing and supporting the performance review process and implementing strategies to motivate and develop employees.
Strategic Planning :
Contributing to overall organizational strategy by forecasting staffing needs and developing workforce plans.
Administration works :
Assign and manage leads in coordination with relevant departments. Maintain internal databases, files, and documentation systems. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for both HR and administrative tasks.
Marketing :
Manage and grow the company's social media presence with engaging and relevant content related to studying abroad
