Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and manage the entire hiring process.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations and Termination:
Serve as a resource for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
Manage the employee termination process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation, in line with legal requirements and company policy.
Records and Attendance Management:
Maintain and manage all confidential employee documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and personal information.
Oversee and track employee attendance, working hours, and leave requests.
Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with data privacy regulations.
Compliance and Policy:
Ensure all HR practices and policies are in compliance with local, state, and national labor laws.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a human resources management role, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR functions.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
