Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Plan, source, and recruit manpower for factory, field, and office roles Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes

Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. Draft and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals

Employee Engagement & Retention

Drive employee satisfaction initiatives and grievance redressal Build a positive work culture and manage internal communication

Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating outcomes

Payroll & Attendance

Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts Monitor attendance systems and manage leaves and overtime

Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and plan employee training programs Organize soft skills, safety, and compliance training

HR Data & MIS

Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management Analyze attrition, absenteeism, and productivity trends

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience; FMCG industry experience is a plus Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle field-level staff and blue-collar workforce
