Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, interviews, selection, and offer letters.
Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive working environment through engagement programs.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and resolve conflicts.
3. Policy Development and Compliance
Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee handbook and HR records.
4. Performance Management
Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
Guide managers on employee appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
Monitor and improve employee performance and productivity.
5. Training and Development
Assess training needs and coordinate training programs.
Implement career development plans in alignment with organizational goals.
6. Payroll and Benefits
Coordinate with the finance department for accurate payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance systems.
Handle employee exit processes including full & final settlement.
7. HR Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational development.
Forecast staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and principles.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
