Senior HR Manager

with at least

10 years of experience

, preferably male, who can lead our HR function with maturity, clarity, and people-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team structuring across departments Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR policy compliance Drive performance management and training initiatives Maintain proper documentation and labor law compliance Act as a trusted point of contact for all employee matters

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven HR experience, ideally in retail or lifestyle sectors Strong communication and leadership skills Proficient in HR software and documentation Fluent in English and Malayalam Male candidates preferred for this role due to internal team requirements
