HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes - job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Act as a key point of contact between management and employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
