Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs to remain competitive in the industry.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements and Skills:
MBA in HR
Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
