Address grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Draft, Implement, and update HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Handle promotions, role changes and performance improvement plans.
Manage HR software/tools for database accuracy.
Conduct exit interviews and mange full-and-final settlements.
Requirements:-
1-3 years of experience as a HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour law and best practices.
Excellent Communication skill, Leadership skills, and organizational skills.
