We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering HR strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs to retain and develop employees.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning programs to ensure continuity of leadership.
Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee conflicts and complaints.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to ensure transparency and awareness.
Benefits and Compensation
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Compensation: Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employee performance is aligned with company goals.
Compliance
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Leadership and Team Management
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, including HR generalists, recruiters, and benefits administrators.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration between the HR team and other departments.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR, including experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Software: Proficient in HRIS systems.
