Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations. This role is key in managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR processes.

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources from reputed institute.

Experience



2 -3 years, Experience in Fashion or Retail industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Selection:

Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads on portals, and coordinating with recruitment agencies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. Assist the CEO and Functional Heads in selecting the right candidates for vacant positions. Prepare and issue comprehensive job descriptions for all new and existing roles within the organization.

Employee Records & Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring all relevant data is captured as per company policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices by maintaining updated statutory registers, files, and documents. Handle statutory registrations and ensure timely statutory payments.

Payroll & Attendance:

Prepare monthly attendance reports and salary statements based on approved attendance data, coordinating with the Accounts Department for timely salary disbursement. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with legal standards.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Develop and implement employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities and company-wide events, to cultivate a positive work environment. Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication, and promoting job satisfaction. Conduct induction programs for all new hires within one week of joining. Analyze staff training needs and organize customized training and development programs in consultation with the CEO.

Performance Management:

Facilitate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and salary increments according to company policy. Issue necessary orders and keep records updated for performance reviews and salary adjustments.

Grievance Handling & Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances promptly and take necessary preventive or corrective actions in consultation with the CEO and Functional Heads. Conduct exit interviews and manage the full and final settlement process for departing employees.

HR Policy Management:

Support in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with evolving organizational needs and industry best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media and internal communication channels.

Remuneration - 25000/- (Gross)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
