We are hiring for our Kochi of office!

Looking for female candidates with strong team-leading skills who are willing to work the night shift Indian time 9:00 PM to 06.00 AM (night shift allowance provided). Join our dynamic team and grow your career in a supportive and professional environment.

1. Utilize a variety of recruitment channels to source qualified candidates for healthcare roles.
2.Review applications, resumes, and credentials to determine candidate suitability for specific positions.
3.Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience in line with job requirements.
4.Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate databases to enhance recruitment efficiency.
5.Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate records are current and accurate.
6.Work closely with hiring managers to understand staf ing needs and role-speci ic requirements.
7.Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection, aligned with industry best practices
8.Act as a key point of contact between candidates and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
9.Keep candidates informed with timely updates throughout the recruitment and hiring process
