Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to support and improve all HR functions within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people operations, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Executive will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Support onboarding and induction for new hires. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals. Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis as required.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in a core HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
