Skills & Qualifications:



MBA in Human Resources or relevant field. 8-12 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Planning



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze HR trends and metrics to guide decision-making. Forecast future HR needs and workforce planning.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process for mid to senior-level roles. Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations



Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances. Design and implement employee engagement programs. Ensure a culture of feedback, inclusion, and diversity.

4. Performance Management



Drive implementation of PMS (Performance Management System). Coach managers on performance appraisals and feedback. Align employee objectives with organizational goals.

5. Training & Development



Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs. Encourage continuous learning and development plans. Support leadership development initiatives.

6. HR Compliance & Policies



Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations. Update HR policies and handbooks regularly. Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.

7. Compensation & Benefits



Review and update compensation structures. Manage payroll oversight and benefits administration. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting



Maintain HR dashboards and analytics reports. Present HR data and insights to senior management.
