Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Oversee the recruitment and selection process
Manage onboarding, training, and performance appraisal systems
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Lead employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives
Maintain and update HR records and systems (HRMS)
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership
Supervise HR team and provide guidance and support
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
Drive learning and development programs
Create and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices
Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
