Job Summary
Systematic Wires Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced
HR Manager
with 5-6 years of experience and strong exposure to
HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, and Statutory Compliance
. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and supporting organizational goals through effective people management.
Role & Responsibility
:- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team at our manufacturing plant.
HR Operations
Manage complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate performance management systems, appraisals, and promotions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
Payroll Management
Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity
, and other labor laws.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll and statutory payments.
Manage payroll audits, reconciliation, and payroll-related reports.
HR Administration
Oversee HR administrative activities including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Maintain and update employee files, HRMIS, and statutory registers.
Manage office administration and coordination with vendors related to HR and admin services.
Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle labor inspections, audits, and related documentation.
Maintain statutory records and liaise with government authorities when required.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HR Operations, Payroll, HR Admin, and Statutory Compliance
Good understanding of
Factory Act and labor laws
(manufacturing setup preferred)
Proficiency in
HRMS, Payroll Software, and MS Excel
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Qualifications:
1) MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
2) 5-6 years of relevant HR experience
3) In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
6) Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
7) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
