Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts Handle

joining formalities

, background checks, and onboarding process Maintain

employee records

and HR documentation Administer

payroll

, attendance, and leave management Ensure

compliance

with labor laws and regulatory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) Support management in

policy creation

, implementation, and communication Manage employee

grievances

, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions Coordinate

training and development

initiatives Drive

employee engagement activities

and improve workplace culture Work closely with project/site teams to resolve manpower or HR-related issues

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant HR experience Good knowledge of

labor laws, payroll software

, and statutory compliance Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience in a

construction or field-based organization

is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
