We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor laws, human capital management, and strategic planning. This role requires a strong leader who can manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions including recruiting, talent management, and employee evaluation.
Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee orientation programs and training & development initiatives.
Lead conflict management processes and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
Administer benefits programs and oversee payroll operations using HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that enhance productivity.
Conduct data analysis and collection to inform strategic decisions in human resources management.
Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and process improvement initiatives.
Supervise HR staff, providing guidance on HR sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and program management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational design.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with experience in contracts administration.
Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Supervising experience with a focus on training & development of team members is essential.
