Identifying training needs for employees

Developing and implementing training programs

Evaluating training effectiveness


3. Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns

Mediating disputes

between employees or between employees and management

Maintaining a positive work environment


4. Compensation and Benefits:

Administering salary and compensation programs

Conducting salary surveys

Managing employee benefits


5. Performance Management:

Establishing performance goals

Conducting performance reviews

Developing performance improvement plans


6. Legal Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with labor laws

Managing HR documentation

Handling legal issues

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
