Job Description

Lead HR Operations:

Manage the day-to-day functions of the HR department.

Recruitment and Selection:

Handle the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.

HR Strategy Development:

Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

Payroll Support:

Assist with payroll processing by tracking employee information, attendance, and leaves.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

HR Document Management:

Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts and offer letters.

Policy Implementation:

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Communication:

Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
