We are looking for a dynamic, shrewd and sharp HR personality to oversee the entire HR functions within our manufacturing company.

Job Summary:

As an HR Manager at KSPL, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance and overall HR strategy.

You will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive work culture, ensuring HR processes align with the company's goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and manufacturing operations.

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of staff for various roles across departments.

Manage employee performance appraisals, feedback systems and employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and best practices in HR management.

Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.

Organize and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the industry.

Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reporting trends to management for data-driven decision-making.

Foster a positive and compliant workplace environment in line with the company's values.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 10 years in an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws and compliance requirements, particularly in manufacturing.

Excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage HR functions in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

A sharp, strategic thinker with the ability to implement HR solutions to address business needs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
