Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operations, pilots, engineers, and corporate roles Workforce planning aligned with project pipelines (Telecom, Power, Railways) Build hiring strategies for rapid scale-up and project-based deployments HR Operations & Policy Management Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.) Employee Relations & Performance Management Drive performance appraisal systems (OKRs/KPIs) Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture Support leadership in organizational development initiatives Learning, Training & Compliance Coordinate onboarding, induction, and role-specific training Support DGCA / drone pilot certification coordination (where applicable) Promote safety, compliance, and ethical work practices Strategic HR & Leadership Support Act as HR business partner to founders and leadership Support investor and audit HR requirements Build employer branding and HR dashboards for management review Required Qualifications & Skills Education MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Experience 5-8 years of HR experience (startups, tech, infrastructure, aviation, or operations-heavy industries preferred) Experience scaling teams in fast-growing organizations Skills Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills Experience with recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS tools) Ability to work in dynamic, project-driven environments Why Join Piefly Aerospace? Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?62,013.66 per month
