Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR lifecycle for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical, and administrative employees
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for hospital operations
Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, statutory requirements, NABH standards, and hospital policies
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks specific to hospital settings
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage performance management systems, appraisals, and career development initiatives
Coordinate payroll, attendance, shifts, and workforce scheduling in collaboration with hospital administration
Drive training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
Monitor attrition, engagement, and retention strategies
Act as a strategic HR partner to hospital leadership and department heads
Required Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of hospital HR processes, healthcare compliance, and labor laws
Experience working with clinical and non-clinical staff
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
