Role & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of the Hr and Admin portfolio of the company. Alignment with CEO on strategy and growth plans for the company.
Set up the policies and processes to ensure there is a work force that is competent and motivated. Ensure that there is compliance among the team and yet set up processes of rewards and recognition to value the talent.
Manage HR operational responsibilities and recruitment processes.
Monitor and report on a monthly basis.
Ideal Candidate
Strategise the HR teams role to deliver the business Goals
Align HR policies, processes and operations to deliver the business Goals
10+ years experience in HR Operations in IT software company
Experience in recruitment - how to hire the right people to deliver the company's goals
Set processes to ensure that the Candidate experience is great.
Understand performance management and work with the Managers to execute the Appraisal process.
Understand the need for training and Organisation development.
Work on the payroll and ensure it is errorfree.
Manage the HR master data and ensure it is updated regularly.
Have experience in Insurance processes.
Be able to set up employee benefit plans.
Be able to initiate employee engagement activities.
Assist in the exit process.
Should have knowledge in compensation structure
Must have experience in publishing policies and processes
Good to have experience in handling statutory compliance
