Role Overview

This role requires complete ownership of the HR and Administration function. The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align people strategy with business goals. This is a hands-on role involving HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete HR and Administration function Align HR strategy with organizational growth plans Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, exits, and HR MIS Lead IT and Non-IT recruitment activities Ensure positive employee and candidate experience Manage appraisal cycles and performance management frameworks Oversee payroll, compensation structures, benefits, and insurance Maintain accurate HR data and reporting Drive employee engagement and development initiatives Handle administration, vendor management, and statutory compliance Track HR metrics and present monthly reports to leadership
Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of HR experience in an IT / Software / Product company Minimum 3+ years in an HR managerial or supervisory role Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration Proven experience managing the complete HR lifecycle Hands-on IT and Non-IT recruitment experience Experience managing HR teams or recruiters Good understanding of payroll and compensation structures Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA / BBM / MBA / PGDM - HR preferred)
Preferred Skills

Experience in administration and facilities management Knowledge of statutory and labor compliance Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to support business needs during peak periods

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
