Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, managing the entire office environment, guiding teams across departments, and leading recruitment efforts. Acting as the vital bridge between employees and management, you will resolve issues, mentor the HR team, and drive initiatives that align talent with our fast-paced tech goals. This role reports directly to senior leadership and requires a proactive, empathetic leader passionate about people in a tech setting.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendor coordination, and compliance with workplace policies to ensure a productive and safe environment. Guide and develop cross-functional teams by providing leadership, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative culture within our software development teams. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing top tech talent (developers, designers, etc.), conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and building a diverse talent pipeline. Mentor and guide the HR team, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring efficient execution of HR processes. Resolve employee issues promptly and confidentially, handling grievances, conflicts, and performance concerns with fairness and empathy. Serve as the key bridge between employees and management, facilitating communication, relaying feedback, and implementing policies that support business objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies, including employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and retention efforts tailored to a software development workforce. Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR records, and prepare reports on metrics like turnover, hiring success, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR) preferred. 3+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a software development or tech company. Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams and resolving complex employee issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to bridge management-employee gaps. Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Indian labor laws (if applicable) and best practices in tech HR.
