Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
Employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations
HR documentation, MIS, and policy implementation
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling complete HR operations independently
Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Language proficiency: English, Hindi & Kannada (mandatory)
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
