Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, cultivating a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies, supporting employee development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
Proficient in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
Prior experience in an HR managerial role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
