Job Title: HR Manager



Reports to: IDC HR Head



Location: Bangalore



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition - (70%)



Ability to improve Internal Talent Acquisition process that supports delivery of positive talent outcomes for the organisation Track record of being a subject matter expert on talent attraction and acquisition for a large community of hiring managers Strong understanding of current and effective talent brand strategies and tools Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, Networking & social media within time frame Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize themAbility to influence senior internal business stakeholders and candidates Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure

HR Business Partnering - (30%)



Act as the first point of contact for employees in the IDC for HR-related queries, escalations, and support. Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes (onboarding, exits, documentation, HRIS updates, etc.) Identify skill gaps and L&D needs in coordination with business leaders. Drive execution of learning programs, training sessions, and capability-building initiatives. Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of development programs. Plan, execute, and track engagement initiatives aligned with the IDC and Group HR calendar. Conduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and employee feedback interventions. Support the creation of a positive, performance-driven, and collaborative workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



Graduate. MBA desired

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Exposure to hiring across the UAE or Middle East markets

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries &

interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

8 to 10 years of relevant recruitment experience on diversified roles across Junior Middle & Senior levels for

Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations and Recruitment departments for the Service Industry

Good working knowledge of Office 365 and any ATS/ERP tool


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,450,000.00 per year
