Job Summary
The HR Manager will play a critical role in transforming AJ Electronics And Interactv into a well-structured, professional, and scalable organization. This role involves building HR systems from the ground up, managing talent acquisition, developing policies, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning people strategy with business and branding goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR & Organizational Development
Design and implement HR strategies that support business growth, scalability, and long-term goals
Establish organizational structures, job roles, and reporting frameworks
Support leadership in building a strong company culture aligned with the brand vision
Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate roles
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract skilled talent in the LED and electronics industry
Implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
HR Policies & Compliance
Create and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and code of conduct
Manage contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
Performance Management & Learning
Develop performance appraisal systems and KPIs across departments
Identify training needs and implement skill development programs
Support leadership development and succession planning
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity
Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive, professional, and ethical work environment
Branding & Company Image Support
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to align internal culture with external brand identity
Ensure HR practices reflect professionalism, consistency, and company values
Support internal communication and change management during company growth
Required Qualifications & Skills
Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-growing, evolving organization.
