Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance to management on HR best practices, policies, and workforce planning.
Lead HR initiatives that strengthen culture, productivity, and retention.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
Ensure smooth and effective hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Supervise HR operations including attendance, leave, HRIS updates, payroll inputs, and documentation.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of HR processes.
Review, streamline, and optimize existing HR processes for efficiency.
4. Performance Management
Lead the performance appraisal cycles (annual/quarterly).
Design KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP) and employee development.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances with sensitivity.
Conduct engagement activities, satisfaction surveys, and feedback sessions.
Promote communication and collaboration across teams.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Manage audits, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
7. Training & Development
Identify capability gaps and create training calendars.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
8. Leadership Support
Advise leadership on people management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
Provide insights and data-backed recommendations using HR analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4-8 years of experience
in HR roles, with at least
2 years in a managerial or lead capacity
.
Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR systems (Keka, Zoho, BambooHR, etc.).
Proven experience in managing teams, handling escalations, and driving HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
