EduCADD is looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to meet its hiring and placement requirements. As HR Manager you will be responsible for meeting hiring needs of the organization and promote industry placement of EduCADD certified students matching their background and tool knowledge via EduCADD placement portal. Responsibility includes developing and executing a comprehensive placement strategy to ensure maximum job placement for EduCADD certified students..
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Placement Corporate Relations and Job Sourcing
Inhouse hiring:
Meet hiring needs of organization by sourcing right candidates from job listing platforms
Business Development:
Proactively identify, target and build strong professional relationships with new and existing companies (Hiring Managers) across relevant industries like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, IT/Software.
Job Acquisition:
Understand industry requirements and constantly source job vacancies, internships and apprenticeship opportunities matching the skill sets of EduCADD students (e.g., CAD Designers, Civil Draughtsmen, Full Stack Developers).
Negotiation:
Coordinate and negotiate job offer details, compensation and hiring terms between the company and the students.
2. Student Training and Counselling
Career Guidance:
Provide career counseling to students, helping them clarify their career goals and set realistic job search expectations.
Employability Enhancement:
Design, organize, and conduct essential pre-placement training workshops focusing on:
Resume writing and cover letter preparation.
Interview skills (Technical and HR round mock interviews).
Group Discussion (GD) techniques
Professional communication and soft skills
Linkedin optimization
Mock interviews
Profile Management:
Compile, maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of student profiles, including course details, skills, and placement status.
Coordinate with Franchise Partners to enhance placement performance of certified students within reasonable timelines
3. Placement Drive Management
Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between recruiting companies and students, managing all logistics for campus drives, interviews and assessments.
Pre-Screening:
Conduct initial screenings of student applications and match suitable candidates to specific job requirements.
Documentation:
Ensure all placement-related documentation (e.g. offer letters, joining reports) is accurately processed and recorded.
4. Administration and Reporting
Tracking & Analysis:
Maintain detailed records of all placement activities, job openings, successful placements and reasons for non-placement.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports on placement statistics, company engagement and training effectiveness for management review.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on current job market trends, salary benchmarks and emerging industry demands to ensure the curriculum and student skills remain relevant.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree in HR is preferred.
Experience
Experience in Recruitment, HR, Training & Placement, or Corporate Relations, ideally within the Education or Vocational Training sector shall be preferred
Proven track record of successful job placements or corporate client acquisition.

Exceptional Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada
Strong Networking & Relationship Building:
Ability to quickly establish rapport and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
Organizational Prowess:
Excellent time management, meticulous record-keeping, and event coordination skills.
Computer Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems for tracking data.
Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with the hiring needs in the CAD/CAM/CAE (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical
