We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

with strong expertise in

both Recruitment and HR Operations

. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end hiring processes, employee lifecycle activities, and daily HR operational tasks to support a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for multiple roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout).

Handle

HR operations

including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and compliance.

Address employee concerns and support grievance handling.

Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and hiring trackers.

Drive induction sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in

Recruitment + HR Operations

.

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple demands.

Immediate joiner

Salary: As per industry standards.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
