Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & HR Operations
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
2. Statutory Compliances
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Prepare and submit required statutory reports
Coordinate with auditors and external agencies as needed
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Promote a positive and healthy work culture
4. Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and support hiring decisions
5. Performance Management
Assist in performance review cycles
Track employee performance and support improvement initiatives
Skills Required
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliances, and payroll software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle employee concerns
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
