Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
Implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring timelines.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and ensure compliance with policies.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure a healthy work environment.
4. Performance Management
Drive the appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI tracking.
Guide team leaders and managers in performance discussions and improvement plans.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal audits, and statutory requirements.
6. Training & Development
Assess skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
Partner with departments to support continuous learning and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
4-6 years of experience in HR management.
Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in real estate, BFSI, or startups is an added advantage.
