Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & closures
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee engagement
Oversee HR operations: attendance, payroll inputs, documentation & compliance support
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR processes
Maintain HR reports, policies, and records
Required Skills & Experience:
3-6 years of experience in both recruitment & HR operations
Strong Hindi communication skills
Good understanding of HR policies, MIS & documentation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with management closely
