Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bangalore for a full-time, on-site role. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training programs, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture. This role involves partnering with department leaders to support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to design and implement strategic HR programs and initiatives
Proficiency in HR management systems and HR-related software
Strong organizational skills and experience in employee training and development
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
Adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
