Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Ensure a healthy, professional, and productive work environment.

Key Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws & compliance Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
